1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products may be eligible for return only if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Custom orders, special orders, or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Proof of damage (such as photos or delivery notes) may be required for processing the return.

• Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been installed, altered, or used.

• Clearance or discounted items.

• Customized products or special project materials.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

• Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Where applicable, items may be exchanged for products of equal value, subject to availability. Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.
