Cancellation Policy

At Blue Ocean International LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value our customers and strive to provide flexibility in managing orders. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled.
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, shipped, or customized.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@blueoceanauh.com with the order reference number.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or entered into production, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized, made-to-measure, or special project orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
Exceptions may be considered only if production has not yet begun, subject to management approval.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if:
The product is unavailable or discontinued.
There are errors in pricing, product description, or technical issues.
Payment is not received or fails to clear.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
For partially processed orders, cancellation may be subject to administrative or handling charges.
